The Panel Roll Former Operator produces steel panels to a specified length, gauge, color and panel profile from coils of flat steel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the coil to be used matches the paperwork provided for that coil,
- Ensure the coil and roll formed panels are free of visible defect,
- Ensure the panels produced match the length, number, & color requested on the packing list,
- Ensure the coil & roll formed panels conform to the standards provided by the Company & any outside testing firms employed by the Company.
