ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loaders gather the components of roofing packages and building packages together and load them onto trucks for delivery. They are responsible for placing all items listed on the shipping list for the order onto the appropriate truck in a manner that makes unloading the truck as easy as possible. They employ forklifts to accomplish most loading and must take care not to damage products as they handle them. Loaders are responsible for placing shipping papers in the appropriate trucks matching what they have loaded to be delivered.

Ability to read, write, analyze, and communicate in English required. Ability to respond to
common inquiries or complaints from teammates, customers, regulatory agencies, or members
of the business community in a professional manner. Ability to effectively collect and present
information from all teammates whether production or management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, sit,
speak and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with arms, hands, and use hands to
finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds,
occasionally lift and/or move greater than 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Must have valid driver’s license.
