Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for all Construction & Field Service activities Company wide. Directs and supervises the Project Coordinator(s), the Field Services Managers and Representatives for all Trachte Building Systems, Roof Mart and Made Right erection and field installation projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Possesses and maintains knowledge of OSHA requirements; implements OSHA guidelines and programs. Enforces established safety guidelines and promotes a safe workplace.
• Achieves the highest Quality work and customer satisfaction through management of trained resources, and the construction process.
• Overseas construction site, labor / installation contractors and workers to ensure a high level of Quality and Safety.
• Maintains construction schedule and tracking systems to track and report all phases of the project; reports on status of the projects, either in person or through written reports and correspondence.
• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, procedures and Engineered drawings.
• Provides technical support to Field Managers and Customer Service Reps.
• Develops and maintains project cost / change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
• Performs change order estimating and assists the Field Managers with change order negotiating.
• Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of the contractors construction schedule.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.
